Leafstorm lay by the Ripple Puddle. She had just gotten a drink, but didn't feel like doing her duties right away. Her brothers death was still fresh, she just wanted to be alone to think about it. But sometimes all you need is a friend...

Solarstar was walking and spotted her deputy and friend lying beside the ripple puddle. "I know it hurts but you have to put it behind you." She knew what it was like to lose someone you love.

Leafstorm looked up to see Solarstar standing over her. "Hello, Solarstar." she mewed, "Thank you." Leafstorm looked into the pool one last time, and stood up. "Is there something you would like me to do for you?" she asked. She knew she needed work to keep her mind off of things.

Solarstar looked at leafstorm and said, "You just need to rest. And thats an order." Solarstar said sarcastically.

Leafstorm gave a small laugh. "Yes Ma'am," she mewed.
She sat back down and stared out at the water again, lost in her thoughts one more time...

Solarstar watched as her deputy feel into a deep sleep. "Good night my friend." She said with all her love. Leafstorm and Solarstar grew up together.They where kits together. They where made apprentices at the same time, even made warriors together.
